Provide the province, canton and district with exact directions, the property name and a working telephone number. Include a map pin or landmark only when it identifies the actual entrance.
Coordinate resort and villa deliveries
Give the reservation name, arrival date and property contact. Reception or the villa manager can accept the flowers when the guest is at the beach or on an excursion.
Allowing extra time during heavy rain
Mountain and coastal roads can slow during the rainy season. Order early for remote properties, weddings and other occasions whose delivery date cannot move.
Arranging sympathy flowers in Costa Rica
Funeral flowers are available. Include the family or deceased name, ceremony address, service time and a local receiving contact for a respectful delivery.

What are your normal delivery hours?
Our local florists usually deliver between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM in the recipient's time zone.
What is the cutoff time for same-day delivery?
For same-day delivery, orders must be placed before 04:00 PM in the recipient's local time zone. During peak holidays such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, and Easter, the cutoff time may be earlier.
Can I choose a specific delivery time?
You can request a preferred delivery time, but exact times cannot be guaranteed, as deliveries depend on florist routes and workload.
